• Database, OpenBus, OpenKnowledge, OpenFiles and external dependency versions/state.
• Performance, latency, scale and resource behavior under representative load.
• Time/PNT quality, sensor calibration and coordinate transforms.
• Backup/restore, migration and rollback behavior.
• Known defects, security findings, operational workarounds and owners.
